All About Mark Caruso
Mark Caruso is a pillar of Almar Building and Remodeling, he’s been with us since the early 1990s and celebrated his 30th Anniversary with us on May 1st, 2021. A Licensed Construction Supervisor, he diligently works to make sure that every job is done right. With a real eye for detail, when asked what part of remodeling he likes the most Mark told us, “the finished work.” Mark is incredibly good at all phases of remodeling. Having spent many years in the field he has worked as our Production Manager and expertly oversees all of our projects for the last ten years.
Mark’s Early Years
Mark was born in Braintree and is a graduate of Braintree High. His alma mater is Wentworth Institute of Technology where he studied architecture. He now lives in Whitman with his wife Jean and three kids, who keep him very busy when he’s not working. For fun, he likes to spend time at his summer cottage. You can sometimes find him in the office singing to ’70s and ’80s rock.
Mark & Almar Building
When Mark started, Almar looked a lot different than we do now. We had a much smaller and less organized team. He spent a lot of time in the field side-by-side Terrance Quinn. They were the dynamic duo. Together, they always wanted to get better and to keep educating our clients. When Allison came on board she worked with Mark and Terry to grow and change the business. Eventually, Mark was promoted into the Production Manager role where he has had the opportunity to help guide countless homeowners through the remodeling process and develop many great carpenters and team members along the way.
