What Almar is Looking Forward to in the New Year
Almar is looking to have another great year and we’re so excited to share some amazing improvements with you all. In 2021 and so far in 2022, we’ve seen remodeling supply chain delays and price increases. These increases and delays do not look like they’re improving.
The good news is, we’ve put in place better systems to inform you about these delays and increases. We’re aware of what items have longer lead times and let you know to make those selections as soon as possible. We also offer clarity on the price increases we’re seeing in our monthly newsletter where we provide a section on the remodeling supply chain and price increases.
Changes
As we get through these times together, we still have some amazing things on the horizon. The biggest change we’ve experienced in 2022 so far is that we’ve moved offices. We moved to 720 Washington St, Hanover Unit 303 in the College Park complex. We’ve met some of our lovely neighbors already and are excited about all of the great things our team will do in this space. Allison and I are excited to have you all see the space during an open house that will take place in the Spring.
Our team is growing, we’re looking to add another Project Manager to our team so we can break ground with more amazing homeowners and have a more robust production team. We’re also looking at adding other key team members that align with our key values of community, integrity, leadership, communication, and quality.
2022 Outlook
